Benjamin J. Cooper has litigated products liability and other cases with Aaron Levine & Associates since 2006. He has experience in nearly every area of the law, having interned with the New York City Law Department's Appeals Division, clerked for the Fairfax County Attorney's Administrative and Employment Law Division, and authored two articles on sex and gender issues for the Cardozo Women's Law Journal (now the Cardozo Journal of Gender and the Law).
Mr. Cooper graduated Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005, and is a member of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and New York state bars, as well as admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Outside of the office, Mr. Cooper continues to immerse himself in the law, volunteering with the D.C. Bar's pro bono program and writing articles for legal journals.
