ZOCOR® Side Effects
In 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning to patients on the dangers of using ZOCOR® in the highest approved dose. It determined that individuals using the drug to control cholesterol can be at a higher risk for serious side effects, including serious muscle pain and kidney injuries. Other serious side effects include myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, kidney damage (which can lead to kidney failure) and even death.
If you have taken simvastatin or drugs containing simvastatin and suffered muscle damage, kidney failure or other types of serious side effects, you might be entitled to compensation for your injuries. You can rely on our trial experience, in-depth knowledge of the law and negotiation skills to protect your interests. We understand that behind every legal case is an individual who deserves personalized attention and advocacy.
