In the 1970s Aaron M. Levine made the front page of the Washington Post for having prosecuted an abortionist doing intentionally incomplete abortion in order to bill twice for the same procedure. The patient he represented died of an infection. Mr. Levine was successful in putting the abortionist behind bars.
